*Median 30 Day Spread is a calculation of Fund’s median bid-ask spread, expressed as a percentage rounded to the nearest hundredth, computed by: identifying the Fund’s national best bid and national best offer as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days; dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the national best bid and national best offer; and identifying the median of those values.

NAV is the sum of all of the Fund's assets less any liabilities, divided by the number of shares outstanding. Market Returns are based upon the midpoint of the bid/ask spread at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, when the NAV is normally calculated for ETFs. Your return may differ if you trade shares at other times.
For the period between inception (March 21, 2024) and the first day of trading on NYSE Arca (March 25, 2024), ETF market price returns since inception are calculated using NAV.

Performance data shown represents past performance and is no guarantee of, and not necessarily indicative of, future results. Performance data current to the most recent month-end can also be obtained by calling 833-782-2211. Returns for periods of more than one year are annualized. Total return and value will vary and you may have a gain or loss when shares are sold. Current performance may be lower or higher than quoted. Returns include changes in share price and reinvestment of dividends and capital gains, if any. Shares are bought and sold at market price, not NAV, and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.

The Fund is not managed to a benchmark. S&P index information is provided for illustrative purposes only. The index is presented because Eagle Capital feels that it serves as a useful point of comparison with aspects of the Fund's portfolio management and composition. There are significant differences between the Fund and the index referenced, including, but not limited to, risk profile, liquidity, volatility and asset composition. The performance of the index may not be comparable to the Fund and should not be relied upon in making an investment decision. An investor may not invest directly into an index. The S&P 500 Index includes 500 leading companies and captures more than three quarters of the total market capitalization. It is float-adjusted and based on the market cap weightings of the securities that comprise the index. In contrast, the Fund is highly concentrated and may contain companies not listed in the S&P 500 Index.

The above frequency distribution chart presents information about the difference between the daily market price for shares of the Fund and the Fund's reported Net Asset Value. The amount that the Fund's market price is above the reported NAV is called the premium. The amount that the Fund's market price is below the reported NAV is called the discount. The market price is determined using the midpoint between the highest bid and the lowest offer on the listing exchange, as of the time that the Fund's NAV is calculated (usually 4:00 p.m. EST). The vertical axis of the chart shows the premium or discount expressed in percentages. The horizontal axis indicates the trading days in the period covered by the chart.

Investing involves risk. Principal loss is possible. As an ETF, the Fund may trade at a premium or discount to NAV. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. The Fund is an ETF, which is a fund that trades like other publicly-traded securities. As a result of the ETF structure, the Fund is exposed to additional trading and transactional risks, limited authorized participant risk, and risks associated with buying and selling shares. The Fund is not an index fund. The Fund is non-diversified, which means that it may invest in the securities of fewer issuers than a diversified fund. As a result, the Fund may be more susceptible to a single adverse corporate, economic or political occurrence affecting one or more of these issuers, and may experience increased volatility due to its investments in those securities. Investing in ETFs involves risk, including potential loss of principal. American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) are subject to the risks associated with investing directly in foreign securities. In addition, investments in ADRs and GDRs may be less liquid than the underlying shares in their primary trading market. Investments in emerging markets securities are considered speculative and subject to heightened risks in addition to the general risks of investing in foreign securities. Fund investments in foreign currencies and securities denominated in foreign currencies are subject to currency risk. The Fund is actively-managed and may not meet its investment objective based on the Adviser's success or failure to implement investment strategies for the Fund. A new or smaller fund is subject to the risk that its performance may not represent how the fund is expected to or may perform in the long term. In addition, new funds have limited or no operating histories for investors to evaluate and new and smaller funds may not attract sufficient assets to achieve investment and trading efficiencies.
